Thank you to all those who have supported and assisted in achieving AUN accreditation for Soil Science Study Program. This AUN accreditation is valid for the next five years, 2019-2024. AUN (ASEAN University Network) is the ASEAN quality assurance network in higher education with the responsibility to promote quality assurance in higher education institutions, improve the quality of higher education, and collaborate with regional and international bodies for the benefit of the ASEAN community. By this AUN accreditation, it is hoped that the Soil Science Study Program can further improve the quality of education and improve networking within the Association of Universities in ASEAN.
The submission of the AUN certificate of the Soil Science Study Program was carried out on November 13, 2019 from the UGM Rector (Prof. Ir. Panut Mulyono, M.Eng., D.Eng) to the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture (Dr. Jamhari, M.P.) for further submission to Head of the Department of Soil (Dr. Benito Heru Purwanto, M.P.).
